Improving Two-way Communications in Ukraine

Community Response Map (CRM) is an online feedback platform that facilitates online tracking, compilation and visual mapping of communications received from targeted communities. This tool has been developed to improve community engagement and two-way communications. The interactive dashboard enables project managers to assess the effectiveness of interventions across various metrics including geography, gender, age, and level of comprehension over time.

IOM's Complaints and Feedback Mechanism is a process for receiving feedback and responding to complaints from people affected by crisis or those impacted by IOM's presence and assistance.

You can report issues related to the implementation of IOM's programmes and activities, including but not limited to:

  • quality and quantity of the assistance offered
  • implementation process and selection criteria
  • performance of assistance provider and their behaviour
  • fraud and corruption
  • harassment, sexual exploitation and abuse
  • feedback or suggestions
